It’s finally time!! Let me share the real story behind She Rises.

I’ll be honest… She Rises didn’t come from some grand plan.

The inspiration for She Rises came from my own journey as a leader and the countless stories I’ve heard from women going through the challenges of leadership.

I realized there’s a huge gap in the way we talk about leadership… especially for women.

As you may know, women hold only 8% of CEO positions in Fortune 500 companies, despite making up 47% of the workforce.

The disparity is real, and it’s not about a lack of opportunity… it’s about ownership, visibility, preparation, sponsorship, and shifting traditional leadership norms.

Women’s leadership stories have often been overlooked or simplified, and we rarely see the real, raw, and empowering journey that many women experience.

Leadership isn’t just about titles, positions, or climbing the corporate ladder. It’s about resilience, innovation, and the ability to create an impact.

That’s why I created She Rises. 

It’s a platform to amplify the global voices of women across industries and generations, to inspire women to own their leadership journey, and to prepare the next generation of women to lead with humanity and purpose.

Women are poised to lead in unprecedented ways.
