We need to shorten the “leadership runway” for women, and especially women from underrepresented communities.”

Virtual Partner is thrilled to announce the launch of the first-ever “How SheRises Global Survey.” This groundbreaking survey aims to explore the needs and aspirations of the next generation of women in the workplace, drawing insights from women across five generations.

We invite you, as leaders and aspiring leaders, to share your experiences and insights on the evolving world of leadership. Your participation will contribute valuable perspectives on the challenges, trends, and essential skills shaping today’s leadership landscape.

This is a 5-year journey, with our first-year results to be shared during International Women’s Month in 2025. My personal mission as CEO is to touch the lives of 1 million women by 2028.
