With over three decades of experience in strategic planning, project management, and organizational development, Tiffany-O has dedicated her career to breaking down barriers and creating pathways for women to excel in leadership roles. Her journey began in the high-stakes world of corporate America, where she worked with top brands like SmithKline Beecham Pharmaceuticals, CIGNA, Arthur Andersen, and The Johns Hopkins Health System.
Driven by her passion for representation and empowerment, Tiffany launched Virtual Partner LLC in 2008 with a mission to help organizations find hidden challenges and create environments where people can thrive. As an award-nominated consultant, Tiffany has developed innovative programs, fueled by assessments, data, and industry trends, that transform teams and empower people to reach their full potential.
